The cannabis business is responsible for submitting the label and any required forms to the Commission for recordkeeping, and the Commission will provide a copy of the label to authorized employees of state agencies or local law enforcement agencies as necessary for their official duties. By following these requirements, cannabis businesses can ensure that their products are compliant and safe for consumers.
